Fan Blades

Material:Krupp 430 stainless steel, thinckness 1.2mm. One times punching formed attractive and durable.

Shutters

Material: hot-dip galvanized sheet, the thickness of zinc is 275g/㎡.The shutters thickness about 0.45mm per pcs, it been stamped in same stylest. It can open and closed automatically.
Belt Pulley

The belt pulley are made of High strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduce the weight of propeller, high
corrosion resistance, stable operation, no shaking.
Opening system-Centrifugal System

2.Guide Rod:304 stainless steel with special material outside, high strength, no rust.
3.Rivet: 304 stainless steel,wear-resisting, no rust. It can keep the shutters open at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistantce and biggest air volume.
Bearing

Honglian exhaust fans bearing adopt imported double-row bearing which have special waterproof design, high strength, low noise, free maintenance and long service life.
Belt

Sanlux belt and Japanese Mitsuboshi brand belt for customer choice. Long service life and no repair Modified B type belt,so that service life increase 3times than Type A
